Pixel Center is the first internationally recognised Class A+ building and the first environmentally progressive working space in Tbilisi.
The building totals approx. 33,000 sq m comprising seven floors of office space, a food court, two floors of retail, one supermarket level and two levels of secure underground parking.
Pixel Center has become a striking and visual landmark within Tbilisi and is considered as a monument to the growing success of the city.
The building's characteristic double-skinned fa?ade, designed by German architects Wandel-Hoefer-Lorch, allows an energy efficient internal climate and enhance the working environment by buffering noise pollution whilst allowing natural ventilation.
